“Per person sharing” means every person sharing a room with their partner or friend (couples, friends, groups e.t.c) will each pay the stipulated amount. If you are not sharing a room, you will pay a slightly higher single booking fee and allocated your own single room.

Yes we do! And its available under the Upcoming events tab, You are more than welcome to sign-up for our newsletter where we will release the next trip or event with all relevant information. You have do this by entering your email address at the bottom of our page.

After paying your deposit, you will be required to send us communication either through email or social media so we can be able to confirm you booking. It is not enough to send us Proof Of Payment through the bank when making payment because the email will be from your bank and not from you, so we will need you to also send us an email/ inbox on social media so we can record more of your contact details and be able to send you further communications.

Though we welcome kids on our travels, we are aware that in some cases that some trips and activities do not make it a child-friendly but we will be more than happy to work on a plan and try to accommodate. We sometimes also plan for Family getaways where you will be allowed to bring your entire family or children to the trip.

All guests traveling with CHILDREN under the age of 18 will be required by law to have unabridged birth certificates and need to carry them with them whilst traveling. If the child is not travelling with both biological parents, a letter from the missing parent will need to be carried with the certificate.

The Following cancellation fees applies on the full value of the booking and should be provided in writing.
 * 50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 60 working days prior to departure day.
 * 75% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 45 working days prior to departure day.
 * 100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 20 working days prior to departure day or no show.
 * 10% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes once booking has been mad (this is also when     you require us to reserve a spot for you and you are not able to make the payment for the trip)

* Deposit paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to another trip / events nor another client
* Unique KayBee Events, Travels and Tours reserves the right to cancel a Trip or Event at anytime, with explanation.
*  Any refunds to be paid will take 10-20 working days.
